A man has been sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to charges related to the sexual abuse of a 26-year-old woman.
The case was brought to court by the United States Attorney’s Office of the District of New Jersey, and the case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Richard E. Segal.
The case was investigated by U. S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Office of Criminal Investigations (ICEI).
